Prices
Each property has a different rate, depending on its size, location, and available facilities.
Rates are calculated per day, based on the length of stay and the number of occupants, always ensuring the best interests of the guests.
These prices include accommodation, as well as water, gas, electricity, and clean sheets and towels for the duration of the stay.
Booking confirmation
Your accommodation is booked upon receipt of payment.
Payment should be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
Your booking is not confirmed until FAIRROOM 4RENT has received the payment and you have received a confirmation email from FAIRROOM 4RENT.
This confirmation email includes all booking details, such as the property address and the contact information of the landlord or landlady.
The key will be handed over directly at the booked accommodation address on your arrival day.
A voucher with arrival and departure instructions will be sent two weeks before your arrival.
Terms of payment (depending on the trade fairs)
1. Terms of Payment (Full Advance Payment): Advance payment: 100% of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer within 3 working days after invoicing.
2. Terms of Payment (Deposit & Balance Payment):Deposit payment: 50% of the booking amount must be paid within 3 business days after invoicing.Balance payment: The remaining 50% of the booking amount must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
FAIRROOM 4RENT operates exclusively with advance payments. Therefore, cash payments on the day of arrival are not possible for pre-booked accommodations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation PolicyThe Fairroom 4Rent service fee is non-refundable.There is no right of withdrawal.No refunds: In case of cancellation, 100% of the accommodation charges will be applied.No-show: Considered the same as a 100% cancellation, and no refund will be issued.If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in day, the payment is non-refundable.If the guest leaves before the scheduled check-out day, no refund will be issued.
Booking Change PolicyChanges to a booking after invoicing (including date changes, number of guests, or property changes) may incur an additional €50 fee.All change requests must be made via email.Changes by phone are not accepted.
Additional Charges
A security deposit and a key deposit must be paid in cash by guests upon arrival. These will be refunded on the day of departure before check-out.This deposit serves as a security measure in case of lost keys, damages during the stay, or if more guests arrive than initially indicated.Some landlords/landladies may also require guests to sign a liability agreement. Additional Payments Upon ArrivalA landlord/landlady may request additional payments on the day of arrival in the following cases:
If breakfast is not included in your booking but you decide to add it after arrival, you can pay for it directly to the landlord/landlady in cash.If more guests arrive than originally specified in your booking, the landlord/landlady is entitled to charge for the additional guest(s) in cash upon arrival.
Check-in & Check-out Guidelines
To avoid any delays at check-in, please provide us with your accurate arrival time at least two weeks before arrival.You must contact the landlord/landlady at least 48 hours before arrival to confirm your check-in arrangements.If you are unable to reach the landlord/landlady before check-in, please contact us immediately so we can intervene and assist with the next steps.The usual check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00.Upon arrival at the airport (or one hour before reaching your destination city by car), you should call your designated contact person.Alternative arrival times may be arranged upon request.Check-out must be completed by 11:00.If the landlord/landlady approves a later check-out time, a late departure may be possible.Early or late check-in may incur an additional fee.Late check-out may also be subject to an additional fee.
Cleaning
The accommodation will be cleaned before the guest's arrival.Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.Before departure, guests must leave the apartment in good condition.If the apartment is not left in an acceptable state, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Number and identity of guests
Only the number of guests specified in the booking is allowed to stay in the accommodation.If additional guests will be staying, please inform us immediately.Pets are NOT allowed.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Breakfast (if booked)
If you have booked an apartment, the landlord will purchase and store the breakfast items in the fridge for you.The breakfast supply will be regularly replenished during your stay, but you will need to prepare it yourself.If you have booked a room, breakfast will be prepared for you.
Please note that any complaints must be submitted via email within 24 hours after check-in, along with photographic evidence.
Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
